MOBBING IN INSTITUTIONS
Summary. Mobbing is a difficult process to intervene and prevent by a
person who is helpless in the face of negative attitudes and injustices.
Mobbing, which is mostly observed in the fields of medicine, education and
private sector, lowers the efficiency of a person's work, has a negative impact
on his social life, and poses a threat to his psychological and physiological
health. Nowadays, when the problem of unemployment is increasing, the number of
people subjected to mobbing has also increased due to this, it has been proven
by scientific research. In the article, behaviors that can be considered
mobbing, which are
among the main
socio-psychological problems of today, are analyzed, the main aspects and
classification of these behaviors are analyzed.
