COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF INTERACTIVE AND
TRADITIONAL METHODS OF TEACHING
Summary. Author showed two possible ways to raise the level of education in
Azerbaijan to the level of international standards. She characterized the
essence and content of interactive methods of teaching based on several key
aspects of these methods. The article describes the positive contribution of
students under the guidance of teacher, explains in stages the use of
interactive methods of education in the modern era, as used in developed
countries, as well as the best practices of innovative teaching for education.
Author reviews techniques to identify aspects of the effectiveness of each such
practice and their compliance with modern requirements, and to apply these
aspects by updating them. The article also covers the features of interactive
teaching methods, provides analysis of similarities and differences between
traditional and interactive methods of teaching.
