Summary. The article reflects the work experience of Nasiba Gurbanova, who worked as a class teacher in the Shirvan (former Ali Bayramli) city school No. 1 in the 50s and 70s of the last century. Nasiba Gurbanova paid special attention to the effective construction of lessons, optimization of training and visibility. He was a favorite of students, parents and fellow teachers. Thanks to his teaching skills, theoretical and methodological training, he received the honorary title of Honored Teacher of the Republic.
