THE ROLE OF THE GAME IN THE SOCIAL
DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRE-SCHOOL CHILD
Summary. The preschool period plays an important
role in the mental development and personality formation of the child. From
this point of view, the possibilities of using the game are wide. The game
plays an important role in the comprehensive development of children, including
the formation of their social personality. When we say social activity of
preschool children, we mean the set of his colorful activities.
Social activity is expressed in the
various activities of the child: in the need to acquire new knowledge, in the
ability to use knowledge effectively and independently during the performance
of mental tasks in the didactic game process, understanding, wit, observation;
love for the country , kindness in the process of communication with peers and
elders, caring attitude to things, game material, etc. Exact disclosure of the
content and rules of the game to children is an important condition for
pedagogical guidance of games with rules. In order to use the game as an
educational tool, the educator must provide it with proper pedagogical
guidance. It is necessary to organize the management of the game in such a way
that it affects the development of the child's personality and independence,
and their self-organization.
