Summary. In the article, the general condition of training classes performed in secondary general education schools and higher education institutions, implementation mechanisms and physiological regularities of implementation were investigated. It has been noted that the discovery of the truths of the material world by scientists and the delivery of them by teachers to the growing generations is gradual in nature, carried out by the same mechanisms and carried out step by step.
