Summary. Comprehensive development of young generation, which presently forms, and

development of knowledge, skills, habits and high moral qualities in them are the most important tasks for the educational process. The role of family and schools i.e. parents and teachers in the formation of persons needed for the society is undeniable. Exactly strength of family and school union can substantially influence development of personality. All these issues were discussed in the article, and the role teachers and parents in the development of personality was commented with weighty thoughts.
