THE ROLE OF PARENTS IN STUDENTS' CHOICE OF PROFESSIONS

Summary. It follows from this article that parents play one of the leading roles in the choice of profession by high school students. Parents can have both positive and negative influence on the choice of profession by high school students. The choice of a profession by high school students can be significantly influenced by the financial situation, the socio-economic status of the family, as well as the styles of upbringing existing in the family. In the end, it is noted that the attitude of parents towards their children has a significant impact on the formation of professional plans for high school students. If the attitude of parents is positive, then it has a positive effect on the choice of profession by high school students, and if vice versa, then negatively.
