MECHANISMS STIMULATING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Summary. In the article, the current state of studying the international experience related to the topic is reviewed and the mechanisms of improving the quality of education are discussed. Some of these alternative mechanisms are discussed in some detail in terms of their potential to become the institutional basis for "permanent" quality improvement in education in developed and developing countries.
