Summary. Kamal Mirish Khalilov was a teacher at the Azerbaijan Institute of Languages. He taught English. In addition to English, he also knew Russian and Arabic well. In Arab countries - Egypt and Syria, he translated business negotiations between Soviet specialists and Arabs. First, he was sent to foreign country as an interpreter for English, and then for Arabic. Kamal Khalilov was the favorite of the students of the Azerbaijan Institute of Languages. He held classes at a high level, paid attention to pedagogical cooperation, established relations between the teacher and students at the proper level. K.M. Khalilov passed away prematurely - at the age of 54. He is always remembered with respect and love.
