TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE ASPECT OF NATIONAL VALUES DURING ADAPTATION OF PROGRAMS OF REDUSING HUMAN FACTORS IN AVIATION

Summary. Currently, there is a conflict between some values that are applied in Western programs to reduce the human factor in aviation, and the national values, thoughts and lifestyle existing in our national culture. The article compares and analyzes the relationship between the work of the classics of Eastern culture Nizami Ganjavi, Muhammad Fuzili and Seyid Ali Imaduddin Nasimi with the requirements of modern aviation regulatory documents. This article aims to find support in motivation for a correct and harmonious, healthy and responsible lifestyle in the process of teaching and educating of trainee by ATC instructors.

Thus, can reduce the percentage of errors in the work of air transport system specialists.
