EDUCATION PRINCIPLES IN NLP ASPECT

Summary. As in all eras, in the current era, educating and shaping the young generation as a person who has a scientific outlook, high moral qualities, is harmoniously developed, socially active, combines spiritual wealth, moral purity and physical perfection is one of the main tasks. Although the content, purpose, tasks, principles, planning, and regularities of education have changed due to some nuances, they have basically had similar characteristics for all periods. However, the same cannot be said about the methods, forms and methods of education. As the era changes, certain reforms in society take place, especially as information technologies develop rapidly, there is a need to change methods and apply new methods and tools in education.

One of these learning-based methodologies in modern times is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP for short). Currently, NLP is used in many fields, including education, management, communication, human resources, psychological services, etc. used in issues. J. Grinder, one of the founders of NLP, called it a rapid learning strategy designed to study and use successful standards of thought and action in the world, R. Dilts, a researcher of the linguistic part of NLP, called it everything useful and useful, A.V. Uhde called it a systematic study based on interpersonal communication, J. O'Connor called it the effect of the language used on the brain and later behavior.
