Summary. One of the most important fields of application of pedagogy is school. The issues he addresses are very diverse. The list of issues studied by school science includes: school management, its foundations and principles, the organization of the activities of the teaching staff, including the school director and his deputies, the regulation of teachers' work, methodical work at school, internal control, etc.

The school management is based on state documents and the charter of educational institutions in the implementation of tasks related to the solution of these issues.
