FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MODELS OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Summary. The main stages of the process of formation and development of emotional intelligence models are considered in the scientific article. Specific aspects of different approaches to the concept of emotional intelligence are analyzed on the basis of existing models (abilities and mixed). At the same time, the concepts that must be taken into account in future studies of the problem are defined.
