Summary. The article presents information about the unparalleled merits and works of Heydar Aliyev in the life of the Azerbaijani people as a historical figure. During the construction of an independent state in Azerbaijan, education, highly qualified specialists, military personnel, as well as educated healthcare were developed in the development of such factors as education and enlightenment. The role of youth in the state, socio-economic, socio-political and cultural life of our country was particularly noted.
