Summary. The article deals with the issue of quality in education, which is the fourth of the Sustainable Development Goals. One of the optimal ways to achieve quality in education is to analyze school-student-parent relations. Cooperation and citizen satisfaction in the school-student-parent triangle is always a topical issue and is one of the most discussed issues in societ.
