Summary. Mobbing is one of the important socio-psychological problems that causes serious physical and psychological problems in employees and affects both the enterprise and the society as a whole. For this reason, the correct diagnosis of the types of mobbing applied in institutions and the search for ways to combat this problem play an important role in terms of the productivity and efficient operation of both the employees and the institution.
