WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EDUCATOR-TEACHER IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINING IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Summary. The mission of education to form a creative personality brings out its humanistic, humanitarian character, and the expectation of new content, pedagogical technologies and management system is considered as a serious requirement. In accordance with the new concept, priority is given to the formation of quality indicators and dialogue culture. Modernization of education requires educators-teachers of preschool educational institutions to know the trends (currents) of innovative changes occurring in this system. Innovative activity aimed at improving the didactic process is a component of a complete innovative system in preschool educational institutions. Here, in order to realize its developmental potential, it is required to change the goals, content, forms and methods that affect the improvement of training.
