Summary. The article deals with the creation of new and effective methods of learning foreign languages, including the use of these methods in the learning process. The promotion of a foreign language culture as the goal of learning raised the question of the need to create a new methodological system that could achieve this goal in the most effective and rational way. It is emphasized that the use of information technology and modern teaching methods can help you quickly understand new material.
