NEW PERSPECTIVES ON TEACHING RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

Summary. The article discusses modern pedagogical strategies and methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in secondary schools. Recently, literature studies and theoretical considerations in the field of teaching the Russian language indicate that the role of this language as a foreign language in secondary schools is increasing. It is known that, as a country where Russian has been taught as the main language for a long time, Azerbaijan has developed a program for teaching this subject as a foreign language in the Azerbaijani sectors. To this end, the presented article presents strategies for using Russian as a foreign language in schools, new perspectives and problems.
