CITIZENS' SATISFACTION WITH ENSURING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES IN AZERBAIJAN

Summary. Especially in recent years, concepts such as operational efficiency, quality of service and citizen satisfaction have become particularly relevant in local governments. The purpose of this article is to analyze the quality of services provided by local governments to assist citizens, and the role of citizen satisfaction in ensuring the efficiency of these bodies. To determine the effectiveness of local governments, it is necessary first of all to clarify the concepts of efficiency and quality.
