PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND ABILITIES OF THE TEACHER

Summary. The unity of the teacher's personal qualities and abilities creates the impression that they are a determined and talented educator, playing a crucial role in pedagogical activities. Personal qualities and abilities mutually influence and characterize the teacher as a personality. Consequently, a modern teacher must excel in both areas, with each complementing the other. This article explores these conditions and highlights the positive impact of a successful teacher on the development of students.
