Summary. Pupils not only gain knowledge at the educational institution, but also receive an upbringing. Therefore, the main task of a comprehensive school is to carry out work on the upbringing of schoolchildren, including their moral upbringing. Almost every subject taught in primary school has rich opportunities in terms of the formation and development of moral qualities of students. The article talks about the issues of organizing the junior schoolchildren’s moral upbringing in the teaching process.
