THE MAIN WAYS OF CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT IN ELECTRONIC EDUCATION

Summary. The article reflects the identification of the difficulties of online education, as well as the analysis and synthesis of classroom management strategies in online learning. Due to the unpreparedness of teaching staff in Azerbaijan for online learning, the inability of teachers to use Internet resources, the lack of phones, computers and tablets in some families, the weakness of the Internet in the regions, the difficulties of parents and students in connecting to educational platforms, the inexperience of school leaders in organization of the control mechanism led to weakening student performance and public dissatisfaction.

Such difficulties have prevented people from accepting the benefits and positive aspects of online education.

However, there are certain advantages of online education, which today are substantiated in the article from a scientific and theoretical point of view.
