THE PSYCHOLOGICAL NATURE OF THE CONCEPT OF
THE "INNER SELF" OF ADOLESCENT CHILDREN
Summary. The basis
of the image of "Inner Self" is a person's knowledge about himself.
However, the knowledge is not at all ordinary for a person. They express a
person's attitude towards himself. This is the psychological significance of
the "Inner Self" and it's a complex phenomenon. The formation of the
image of the "Inner Self" is a dialectical process. It is determined
by various factors. In the formation of a person's self-image the sense of
movement and vision play an important role. However, the main source of the formation
of the "Self-image" is other people - the elderly, boys and girls of
the same age. A person acquires masculinity, femininity, spiritual beauty, etc.
through other people, while learns standards and stereotypes about himself,
learns to appreciate other people. The development of the child's
motivation-demand field differs with the characteristics of communication with
the people around him. If the child's communication with the elderly is
emotionally harmful, if it does not bring joy, if it brings sadness, new motives
are not formed in the child, and the proper education of the personality is not
possible. Indisputable, the importance and benefit of using the experience of
generations and the world of people's wisdom in the formation of a child's
personality and the establishment of parent-child relations.
