Summary.
Mobbing is a process of psychological pressure that can occur in all labor
groups. Every employee working in any institution has a risk of entering the
mobbing process. There is no specific reason why mobbing occurs in the
workplace, and there can be many reasons why mobbing occurs. One of the main
reasons for mobbing is the individual psychological characteristics of the
mobster and the mobbed person, and these characteristics play a key role in the
emergence of the mobbing problem. In this regard, examining and analyzing the
individual psychological characteristics of the parties who play a role in
mobbing will enable a more accurate analysis of the nature of the problem.
