INNOVATION ACTIVITY IN COLLEGE ON THE QUALITY OF TRAINING
Summary. Colleges are multifunctional educational institutions; that is, they act as sub-baccalaureate educational institutions, most adapted to new socio-economic conditions, maximally integrated into regional educational complexes, and management problems have been studied to one degree or another. Despite changing institutional objectives, most colleges of pedagogical orientation are considered the main entry points for future university students in Azerbaijan. Another characteristic of these institutions is the need to respond to the changing and innovative needs of the community to which they belong.
