SOME ISSUES OF MANAGING A PRESCHOOL
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
Summary:
The article addresses the management issues
of preschool educational institutions in modern conditions where systematic
changes are being made. The article addresses the issue of increasing the
efficiency of management of the activity and development of enterprises in the
context of changes in the preschool education system. The article shows that

of their actions in achieving their goals, as well as the use of educational

role. The professional competence of the educator-teacher is manifested and
implemented in different ways depending on his immediate environment, primarily
the psychological climate in the kindergarten. Also, the connection between
activity and development processes is possible only in the conditions of
continuous education, in the conditions of increasing the professional
competence of the developers of the development program and the educational
program, as well as other pedagogical staff who ensure the implementation of
the educational program. The proposed results can be used by heads of
educational institutions and methodologists of preschool institutions.
