MONITORING AND ITS ROLE IN MANAGING THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Summary. Education is one of the most discussed topics in our time. Various extensive steps are being taken to improve the quality of education. Since we live in a highly competitive environment, one of the main factors that differentiates educational institutions from each other can be the quality of education they provide. Therefore, for educational institutions to be more successful in providing quality education, they must have staff fundamentally involved in this process. Achieving quality should be the responsibility of every educational institution. Quality should be managed through continually improving methods. Because every educational institution must strive for quality activities in order to withstand long-term competition and ensure its further development.
