IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF ESTABLISHING A STATE-BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP SYSTEM IN EDUCATION MANAGEMENT

 Summary. In the globalized world, large companies, business circles show serious interest in educational institutions, especially universities. Business circles are interested in establishing cooperative relations with educational institutions as a result of the increasing demand for more competent, innovative-minded workers to ensure the sustainable development of the country's economy. In countries where this factor is given great importance (USA, Great Britain, Germany, China, Japan, South Korea), business organizations actively intervene in the educational process and pedagogical process in universities. They present projects to students in a specific pedagogical process, leaving it up to them to prepare research projects that can reveal the capabilities and abilities of each student. Often, a student who has achieved a successful result in research is provided with a job by the company. Educational business-pedagogical business is gaining popularity all over the world. The development trends of technology force people to constantly improve their skills. The educational services market is equally divided between juniors and professionals who are improving their qualifications. According to the newly adopted Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Education", the rights of educational institutions to receive income from other sources in addition to the funds of the state budget have been determined in accordance with the legislation. Thus, according to Article 38 of the Law, "educational institutions have the right to provide various paid educational services to individuals and legal entities, to engage in entrepreneurial activities, and to receive donations and voluntary assistance from legal entities and individuals in accordance with the law. Funds and other property obtained from these sources do not affect the amount of funds allocated from the budget to the state educational institution and are freely used in accordance with its charter.
