THE IMPORTANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IN THE TEACHING OF CHEMISTRY

Summary. The article provides information about the importance of environmental education in chemistry classes and the inculcation of environmental knowledge about water. Student are shown ways to create an idea about environmental protection, ecosystem, nature of pollutants. Each chemistry teacher should work in the process of particular teaching subjects to form environmental knowledge and culture in students. Inteqrative teaching of subjects is of importance in increasing students, interest in the subject.
