SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE MASS PHENOMENON ON ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION-MAKING
Summary. In the scientific article were investigated the socio-psychological
characteristics of the impact of the crowd phenomenon on management
decision-making. The process of making management decisions systematically
involves the implementation of all types of activities that involve it in a
certain sequence. Management objectively involves the collection, processing
and analysis of information, the determination of the goal and the preparation
of the decision, the issuing of a management order and its delivery to the
executives, the implementation of the decision and the change of the object.
The science of logic is the correct and consistent way of thinking, which
consists of the orderly determination of logical thinking, including thinking,
so the way of thinking of a person is determined by the principles of
continuous intelligence. Psychological contagion in management affects
decision-making against the background of crowd psychology. Since psychological
contagion involving mainly interpersonal relationships is emotional, it depends
on the ability, emotional state, attention tendencies and value system of
perceived people, including the importance of events. The mass effect of
psychological contagion on decision-making in management develops according to
the following structure: transmission of relevant information to the mass →
reception of information → conscious and unconscious imitation → physiological
feedback → emotional experience (Zhang, 2014).
