PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL DISORDERS AND COPING STRATEGIES IN POSTWAR VETERANS

Abstract.  The main goal of the research is the correct evaluation of the factors affecting the mental health of veterans - stress, depression, anxiety. It is also learning how to approach diseases correctly and how to build coping strategies. To achieve the goal, the following tasks have been determined:

1. Depression, anxiety and stress disorders in veterans

2. Main clinical, social and demographic indicators related to psychopathological disorders in veterans.

3. The relationship between clinical, social and psychological indicators reflecting the characteristics of mental illness.

4. Develop and prepare professional recommendations for providing psychological assistance to veterans.
