Abstract. The article talks about Vagif's Poetry Days. Before the Armenian occupation and now, Vagif's Poetry Days are held in Shusha. Government officials, prominent writers and poets, representatives of culture and art, and foreign guests participate and give speeches in the ceremony. The article simultaneously recalls Vagif's life and work, and reports on the difficulties and painful moments he faced.
