GREAT LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV PHENOMENON: HISTORY AND PERSONALITY

Abstract. In these scientific studies, the political activity of National Leader Heydar Aliyev is mainly related to the second half of the 20th century. As a whole, the 20th century is characterized as a dramatic century full of global contradictions, where many turbulent events took place in human history, two world wars broke out, numerous nation-states emerged, political and economic crises were inevitable, and at the same time, processes that spur world development were experienced. It is precisely thanks to historical figures that humanity made the transition from a conflicting, fiery world to a stable and stable world.
