PEDAGOGICAL EXPERTISE OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN REGULATING TUTORING
Abstract. The article discusses the issue of state regulation of tutoring in education abroad. Materials from the international experience of developed and developing countries in this direction are demonstrated. From the point of view of pedagogical expertise, the sphere of foreign diverse state regulation of tutoring in education is analyzed. Foreign experience in regulating tutoring in comparison with the realities of tutoring in domestic education helps determine the parameters of state regulation of tutoring in Azerbaijan.
