APPLICATION OF ICT IN THE SYSTEM OF PRACTICAL CONTENT PROBLEMS USED IN TEACHING MATRICES AND OPERATIONS ON THEM

Abstract. The article is devoted to practical applications of mathematics. The use of matrices in the spheres of economics, medicine, programming, psychology and other sciences shows that they play an important role not only in mathematics, but also in all spheres of our life. The article shows ways to use mathematical packages and MS Excel to perform operations on matrices. This, on the one hand, directs students' attention to the essence of the issue, reduces additional calculations, and on the other hand, leads to the development of their skills in working with ICT.
