SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CLIMATE IN
THE MANAGEMENT PROCESS
Abstract. The
article is devoted to the study of the psychological climate in management
activities. A set of interrelated factors affecting the emotional state, motivation
and behavior of employees is investigated. It is especially noted that the
psychological climate determines the relationship between colleagues, management
and subordinates, determines the level of their trust.
