INNOVATIVE LEARINING ENVIRONMENT
AT SHCOOL AS A FACTOR IN INCREASING
LEARINING SUCCESS
Abstract. High learning
success in school is the most important factor characterizing the productivity
of the pedagogical process. A high level of training success is determined by a
number of an innovative environment in the educational institution. The
formation of professional competence is determined by a number of factors,
including the presence of an innovative environvent in the educational
institutiton, the formation of such an environment.
An innovative learning environment does not happen overnight. For this,
first of all, it consists in creative approach the pedagogical process and
creatively organizing it, moving away from template stereotypes. Form this
point of view, the formation of an innovative educational environment should be
viewed as a certain system: first of all, the introduction of innovations in
the content of teacher training; inprovement of professional and training of
teachers working in educational institutions; providing the school with modern
educational resources; strengthening the activity of the school as a real
creative workshop; bringing management and leadership processes closer to
modern world standards, etc. factors can be considered the main components of
this system.
