PEDAGOGICAL POTENTIAL OF EVENT TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ORGANIZATION OF CULTURAL AND LEISURE PROGRAMS

Abstract. The article examines the integration of event technologies in the organization of cultural and leisure programs. The main attention is paid to the pedagogical potential of these technologies and their role in the formation of value orientations, the development of social interaction and support for self-identification of the individual.

Existing approaches and concepts regarding the use of event technologies within cultural and leisure programs are analyzed. The impact of event technologies on personality development, forming a positive image of organizations and increasing the level of cultural activity of the population is also considered. Recommendations for integrating event technologies into cultural and leisure practice are offered, emphasizing the importance of adapting programs to the needs of different target groups. The article is intended for researchers, teachers, event organizers and all those interested in the development of cultural and leisure activities.
