ORGANIZATION OF OPEN LESSONS IN SECONDARY
SCHOOLS
Abstract. Innovations in the education system of independent Azerbaijan are discussed in the article, and the peculiarities of the organization of open classes in secondary schools are explained. The advantages of conducting open classes by experienced, masters, leading teachers at a certain time are shown. The positive influence of studying and spreading advanced experience on the quality of education has been revealed. It is noted that every lesson of experienced teachers is open to their colleagues.
