THE ROLE OF MORAL CHARACTERISTICS IN
SELF-CONCEPT IN CHILDREN DEPRIVED OF PARENTAL CARE
Abstract. In modern times,
the problem of studying moral characteristics in human self-awareness is of
particular importance. Self-awareness as the "core of personality"
acts as an internal regulator of behavior and activity. It mediates the
understanding of social norms, determines the system of relations with other
people and the world around us, the nature of behavior, and the evaluation of
strategies. It is important to study the manifestation of this problem in
children deprived of parental care. The article also includes an analysis of
important points in the mental development of children, such as the formation
of moral education.
