USING SPHERICAL TRIGONOMETRY AS A TOOL IN SOLVING TRIANGLES

Abstract. The article deals with the topic of triangles, which is one of the main topics in mathematics education of secondary schools. A related study of the solutions of triangles using spherical trigonometry is shown on the basis of examples. It should be noted that in the "Geometry" content line, the study of spherical trigonometry or the application of well-known theorems is mastered again and again in solving problems related to the topic of triangles.

The article will be useful for high school teachers, secondary school teachers, as well as researchers who give lectures and conduct seminars on elementary mathematics and mathematics teaching methodology.
