Abstract. Nowadays, the development of ICT is one of the important indicators of the intellectual and scientific potential of each country. The need for this process is felt even more in the current era of globalization. The rapid development and spread of technologies creates enormous opportunities for the development of humanity. Today, the creation of an information society and a high-tech national economy capable of competing with countries around the world has become the main direction of state policy in many countries.
