CONSIDERATION OF INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAITS IN THE PROCESS OF SUPPORTING CAREER CHOICE OF STUDENTS

Abstract. In the article, the role of teachers, school psychologists, and parents in the process of supporting students in career choice, with consideration of individual psychological traits, is explored. The article analyzes the issues that these individuals need to pay attention to during this process. The purpose of this article is to enhance the effectiveness of teachers, school psychologists, and parents in supporting students in their career choices.
