CONSIDERATION
AND DEVELOPMENT OF PERSONAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL QUALITIES IN TEACHER PREPARATION
Abstract. The article explores the role
of the formation of the teacher's personality in the effectiveness of pedagogical
activity. It presents the development of the teacher's self-expression,
self-development, and self-analysis skills as essential conditions for
improving their professional and personal qualities.
A detailed psycho-pedagogical
analysis is provided regarding the key skills required of teachers. The level
of knowledge of teachers and their ability to integrate this knowledge
determine their competence and degree of excellence. A competent teacher can
partially combine knowledge, while an excellent teacher applies this knowledge
as a whole, achieving higher results.
