MULTICULTURAL VALUES AND ITS CONSIDERATION IN THE PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS

Abstract. The article examines human values as one of the multicultural values and it is emphasized that the new generation of modern Azerbaijan which is integrating into the world should possess multicultural values and this idea should be taken into account in the education system. Because the youth who are the active builders of the future are raised through education. It is an important condition for the modern youth to be pedagogically enlightened in order to possess multicultural values. The article also justifies the importance of benefiting from Heydar Aliyev's legacy and his ideas of azerbaijanism in order to foster multicultural values in education.
