THE IMPORTANCE OF CONFLICTOLOGY CULTURE IN THE
SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract. This article examines the
causes, types, and psychological aspects of conflicts arising in the
educational environment. The aim is to identify early detection and effective
management methods to minimize the negative effects of conflicts. The research
findings indicate that proper conflict management improves the quality of the
educational process and promotes psychological well-being in the school
environment. The article proposes psychological approaches and practical
recommendations for the constructive resolution of conflicts, which can be
useful for school psychologists, educators, and teachers.
