ADVANTAGES OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY DURING ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Abstract. The role of independent work in the formation of students'
independence and personal development is indispensable. Students gain some
characteristics when working independently. We can say that they have acquired
the ability to adapt to new conditions, think when doing new work, be diligent
and find solutions to new problems. The greatest responsibility for the
formation of students' independent learning skills lies with the teacher. The
teacher must pay attention to his actions, words and deeds. Teacher-student
relationships can often be damaged as a result of students being unjustly
punished, insulted and misjudged. The teacher must organize the educational
process in such a way that it attracts students and develops independence in
work. The greatest responsibility for the formation of students' independent
learning skills lies with the teacher. In independent lessons, more space can
be given to students' research and creativity. Independent work allows students
to develop self-management skills, expand their scientific outlook, deepen
their knowledge on specific topics in the classroom, and reveal and reveal the
inclinations and abilities of students. The student searches for the task
assigned to him, tries to work with it independently, which leads the student
to a deeper understanding of the essence of the problem. The student becomes
more independent, participates in conversations and discussions, and this work
develops his logical thinking and enriches his speech.
