Abstract. Teachers must adopt a democratic work style to humanize teaching. Every teacher should view the student in front of them as a future adult, pay close attention to their needs and interests, and take into account their thoughts and recommendations. First and foremost, the teacher needs to be empathetic, pedagogically sensitive, and skilled in communication. They also need to treat each student as a person, show them respect, and provide a positive moral-psychological and educational atmosphere.
