FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract. The article discusses the formation of management culture skills in the educational process in higher military educational institutions. Management skills in the pedagogical education system of higher military educational institutions play a major role in solving the problems encountered in the future career building of students.

The analyses conducted in this article prove that the formation of management skills of students in higher military educational institutions first of all requires the correct determination of its essence, content and goals, and the study of theoretical ideas from various prisms. It turns out that management skills serve to form new scientific-political, military, social, economic, cultural, and ecological views of students in accordance with the requirements of modern society.
